  • Yin is a practice of stillness, softness, and surrender. Feel relaxed as you stretch connective tissue in poses held for up to ten minutes.

    The magic is in the rebound.

  • Slow down and breathe into strong shapes. This pace and class style is perfect for newer practitioners and beginners. We get warm so that when we stretch, we stretch muscles to find relaxation and softenss

    It takes strength to be gentle.

  • Hold strong shapes to feel the burn, with vinyasa flows linking the transitions. This style class will get the sweat dripping and inner fire burning

  • Ready to leave it all on the mat, this type of class will challenge your breath, heart rate, and endurance. Focused on dynamic transitions and a fast pace, this class is perfect for the expirenced yogi.

    Basic understanding of some of the yoga shapes is encouraged, but not required. Newer yoga stundents can take this level, but it will be challenging.

    Only you know what you need.
