Summer Solstice Yoga Retreat

A nearby retreat to kick off your summer

This season reminds us of the beauty in living in rhythm: moving with intention, honoring rest and energy, and gathering in community to celebrate the light both around us and within us.

We would love to invite you to join us for a special Summer Solstice gathering, where we will come together through yoga, reflection, and shared connection to welcome this new season with presence and gratitude.

Our retreat will take place nearby in beautiful Temecula, offering a peaceful escape close to home where we can step away from daily distractions, with nourishing food, a variety of yoga flows, mindful connections, plenty of time to turn back to yourself, and, of course, wine.

May this solstice be a reminder to soften into the season, honor your own inner rhythms, and embrace the warmth and abundance that summer brings.

We hope to flow with you there.

Love and Light,

Kelsey and Rachel

Not me, but one of my favorite poses

Rachel has been practicing yoga since she was twelve years old. In the era of Blockbuster and Tae Bo, she found a bargain bin Rodney Yee yoga DVD and would put it on after school or when she was called to move her body. Since then, Rachel has pursued yoga at local gyms, through college electives, and private yoga studios around the country. She loves the calm and connection that comes from practicing in a studio.

In the fall of 2023, Rachel earned her two-hundred hour yoga teacher training certificate from Kierstie Payge of the Johnny Kest school. The type of yoga that Rachel learned to teach, is called Seven Doorways and was developed in the cold of a Detroit basement. It is a vinyasa style yoga, linking breath to movement, focusing on the cultivation of inner fire, and an empowerment of the student to return to themselves as their own wisest teacher.

Rachel uses her physiological and anatomical education, athletic background, and practice to bring strong, feel-good flows to her students. She encourages fun, exploration, and self discovery.
